Launch Tools of Science for private owned companies
The participants at today's launch of Tools of Science for private owned firms had the opportunity to meet Teresa Soop, project manager from Stockholm Science City as well as CEO Thomas Olin from iNovacia – a spin-off company from Biovitrum.
Thomas shared his view of the trends within outsourcing, their work in an international environment as well as their experiences from working with local Swedish biotech companies and multinational Pharma companies. He also pointed out the possibilities with Tools of Science and the importance of updating the platform in order for it to be the strong tool within drug discovery and development that it deserves.
The platform has been very successful and during December last year through January 23, a total of 30 new companies signed to be members of the Tools of Science platform.
