The City of Solna joins SSCi Foundation

Partnership

In accordance with a decision made earlier this year, the City of Solna now formally is a full partner of Stockholm Science City Foundation (Stiftelsen Vetenskapsstaden).
The Foundation is a partnership between society, academia and the business sector and was founded in 1990 to coordinate and facilitate the development of a strong research area. To see the area, please click here: Area

"Having the City of Solna as an active partner is important when developing a concept for the future life science node of Scandinavia", states Charlotte Törlseff, Head of Communications at Stockholm Science City Foundation. The development area around Norra station is part of both the City of Stockholm and the City of Solna. In total, the area is about the size of the Old Town of Stockholm and holds an enormours potential of becoming a truly attractive node for life science in Scandinavia.
